I don't actually know where you can get these, but I was so intrigued by the concept that I wanted to give you a thumbs up. I have thought of doing the same thing with a corundum crystal doped with chromium. The famous old ruby rod laser. I have come across parts from time to time, but never enough to get me to pull the trigger. Kudos to you.

The coil is probably best to do yourself. Wrap some
house wiring or motor wire around a wood dowel, but
not too much. Getting it right requires some
experimentation.
Do you need a trigger coil? Pulsed lasers can have
incredibly high peak powers. Be careful out there.
Unless you know the exact properties of your tube,
it has to be found experimentally. Wind a coil of
wire around a wooden dowel. Start with maybe 10
turns. Then add or remove turns as needed until
you can achieve critical damping. Google 'critical
damping'. I am by no means an expert on the
subject. :beer:
Laser Project, just out of curiosity, what kind of flash tube are you using? For a Nd doped YAG rod a Krypton tube spectrum more closely matches that type crystal. If you are using Xenon, the tube is cheaper, but needs to be ionized prior to flashing by causing the resistance to decrease very quickly and allowing the charge on your capacitor bank to discharge through the tube.
