I can almost guarantee these lasers will be more like 20-50mW, nothing more. You should buy from reputed websites like LaserBtb, Lazerer, or even here on the forums!

So I would say neither.

None of the above, you'll be hard pressed to find a 200mw green for under $100, these lasers are most definately scams. Trying reading up around the forums before purchasing, and if this is your first laser, you may wish to start out with a weaker laser at either this wavelegth or 650nm red.
