where can i get a 445nm blue laser pointer, a 20-30 dollar or cheaper one?

Yeah. The diodes are over $40 each, and you aren't going to find a complete 445nm laser for less than $100.

in a few month or years this must be possible.

The closest you will get is a 405nm for $10 on ebay.

It will be sold as 5mW and likely give out 30-50mw meaning that you will need glasses for yourself and everyone you want to show it off to.
