A PHR build (set at 120mW max) will run you around $70-$80 with a heat sink. $50-$60 if you build it yourself.

well the "special heat absorbing glue" isn't even covering the module!

You cant really see if its centered cause the pics are from an angle. It was kinda hard making it centered but i managed it eventually.

Where did he get the idea of 120$ profit just the diode is more than 3/4 of the price i'm selling it. Its blu-ray dude its not 50$.
