"Safe" laser brand

Hello everybody,

I didn't introduce myself in the Welcome section since I only have one question to ask you. I live in France and I'm looking for a brand of laser whose power is less or equal to 5mW. I have seen that you recommend the Anser Laserglow but it is impossible to find it in Europe. I am looking for a safe laser since I will be using it to play with my cat and make presentations.

These are supposed to be within limits and have IR filters, however I have not tested them, do some reading and be comfortable before you buy.

You could make your own and insure it's at a safe level, however you also are responsible for obeying your countries laws, that said you could try odicforce
