I'm ordering a few replacements greenies (and new ones) from DX, and (unless I'm really lucky), expect I will have to return at least one item or so. How are they on that, in your experience? From past experience, once I initiate an RMA, they never answered, so I was left hanging, as to what to do. Finally presented all the evidence to my credit card company, and they sided with me. How does one successfully deal with DX as far as sending back defective product for refund. I wouldn't want to send back for exchange (I have my own reasons). I'd return for full refund, and then possibly order again. Thanks.
