So not only are they offering the recently obtainable 520nm diodes But they also have the 30mW 515nm diode in stock for $125. Definitely worth checking out!
Well if you do research on these, Osram (on their site) has 2 variants. the PL515 and PL520; 30mW and 50mW respectively. I believe that's what we're dealing with here. I wouldn't mind grabbing the 30mW variant and running some test on it next week, but I don't have any sensor equipment, so it'd just be visually comparing it to my PL520.
Though maybe not, working with Sam on a project between the two of us that we're both interested in. There will be pictures up next week
Guys...The links go to the same page. It seems to be, according to the datasheet, that the 520 is the nominal wavelength, with 515 being the low and 530nm being the high.
Am I looking at this wrong? Nowhere in the links is the PL515 mentioned...Or, have I just not had enough coffee?
It seems to me to be just like the Osram PLTB 450, with a swing of apx 10nm either way, depending on temperature, etc..
