Need help with 905nm Pulsed laser driver

Hi All,

I am working on a speed finder project and bought Excelitas Technologies TPGAD1S09H. Attached is the data sheet.

It states the maximum pulse as 100ns @ 30a. Where can I find a cheap driver for this? The only drivers I find cost thousands.

Can I use one of the cheapos with a teensy?

Or does anyone have a schematic I can use to build a driver?

There're so such thing as cheap pulsed driver for fast laser diodes. I'm willing to guide you through and share my article on the topic, but you need to know it'll be a project requiring custom-built RF circuit board (100ns pulse has to have edges at single ns range and that has harmonics into GHz), good soldering skills and 200$+ budget.
