I think my laser pointer's lens is dirty

I cleaned my lens and when I tested it my beam is particly and broken look at pic . My laser is 303

The lens in your laser 303 is plastic and you have just sanded it to death (or possibly used a solvent the plastic couldn't handle). Sorry, but the '303s are cheap lasers with cheap components.
