Ok, my dichro finally got delivered yesterday. It works well, reflecting around 89% of green 532nm and passing 95% of red 650nm.
I tried setting it up with my red home built scanner and using my green pointer to combine the beams as my green module has only just been sent. I now see how hard this is going to be to align, with the setup I had it was hard to get the angles right and best I could do was a red pattern with a green pattern about 1 inch next to it.
So how exactly could I line them all up when my module comes? I am thinking turning on my smoke machine and using a protractor to get the 45 degree angles...
