It was just a feeler thread, I want to do it but I wanted at least an interest for 24 of them. Currently the interest calls for ~14 at most, if my count is right. I can't start a group buy and ask people to start sending money when we wouldn't have enough to actually buy the projector :/

Any updates with this GB? :thinking:

Yes, they will come with the G9 lenses still attached.

Once I have everyone that wants one accounted for, I will PM paypal info. I will probably give a few days for payment to be sent as to not hold up the group buy, and then hopefully sent out the diodes within a week of receiving the projector.

Is there any way for you to test the diodes prior to shipping them out?


Also for anyone debating whether to get one or not...Do. You won't see 9mm 445's at this low of a price until another person buys a projector.

For testing, I will use a bench power supply or a driver to test that each one is working. Didn't have a problem with any diodes when I sold some a month ago

Not currently, but if there is enough interest in that too I could buy the bulk diode modules from DTR, as well as some lens holders, so people don't have to worry about that also :beer: Group buy updated with that info
