energizer lithiums or eneloops. Don't use alkalines, my X125 starts losing power in only 10 minutes of use with them.

Absolutely pathetic. My X125 lights matches three times faster.

I got a 145 mW X125 and I'm glad i didn't settle for the X100. My X125 seems to light matches and cut through tape significantly faster than X100s I see on youtube.

thanks for the tips guys. I took some measurements and put them into an angle calculator and turns out my laser's beam angle is 1 degree. so, yeah, not as bad as I thought.

Do you have pics of the angled beam? I'd like to see how bad it is compared to my X125 which has the same problem.
