they sent it out a week or two ago. they sent a 250mW model without DHL. I sent an email asking for a refund for my $25 (for the 300mW upgrade and DHL shipping). I sent that today and I'm hoping to get a response later tonight. From my previous experiences with them indicate that I should have it sometime next week. Thanks for asking about it. I sent the broken one in early January, and I hate waiting for things.... Soooo, it's been pretty difficult waiting over 2 months for a replacement. haha
