What Duke said is true, but those are fancy glasses.
They do have better protection (my laser shields blow away my Eagle pairs), but that is not to say Eagle pairs don't work.
They provide good protection and are a fraction of the price of the expensive glasses.
For your first pair Eagle pair are a great choice.
Take it easy
 
Maybe, OD 4 is good, but if you want to not look like a dork the other ones have stylish frame options :) and can double as usable sun glasses you can actually wear outside the house. I would recommend not for driving though, makes it harder to see those green lights.
