Review of $170.00 445nm Lvyi Electronics Laser

Well at least they provided working goggles .. unlike many other shops.

Laserbee, I know that you think for our good and thanks very much. We also have some misunderstanding. The photos of this testing device are not ours, but one of our Chinese customers’. Because he installed the battery backwards, this led to burning one component on the PCBA. But he has a good practical ability, and he modified the PCBA by himself. His description was we had 1A cross-flow value, and then he modified to 0.75A, with a still strong effect, and he also played the photos recording the burning of Apple.

1, just loosen the switch, and this won’t be a problem
2, we ask forwarding company to deal with the freight, and we apply the fastest express. But do you know that it’s very expensive? We pay 30-40$ of 170$, and we’re enough generous. If the volume increases, we’ll pay probably 50$.
3,,our circuit now has been redesigned to have reverse connection function as well as some other improvements. Each one being sent is ensured to have more than 800 mw. .
4, we’ll consider this
5,The smaller 0 shape ring has been used.
6, this has been modified.

thanks

Jieff1111 is a second account for Jieff111 (LVYILasers). This account is banned and a "final warning" has been issued.

Peace,

I tried to get some local but struck out, I didn't know that I had to get some until I got that message that it only came with a charge.

I just tracked my batts and it says that they are out for delivery.:san:

I just wish that there was someone local that had an lpm.

Hi,
Have you find battery for your laser?
Have you tested it , it's OK ?
My unit is at the post office, I have also to wait for battery!
Thanks

Yes I did, I received them on Thursday, I was gone most of the day and yesterday. I am charging one set. I put one set in my lazer, they have some charge, so far it cuts tape and goes thru a paper bag. I wish I had a lpm or accrs to one I would like to see how much power it has. :D

Have you actually tried this yourself or is this just
experimental theory...

Jerry

Hi Jerry,

Unfortunately I haven't tried yet, 27uH and 4 x 0.33Ω CMS are waiting for shipping. BUT it is not an experimental therory, that's a prescription by the conceptor of the PT4115 CI (PowTech). please take a look at >>

http://www.micro-bridge.com/data/CRpowtech/PT4115E.pdf

With middle value like on the lvyilaser driver L= 47uH, Rcs=0.13Ω (lvyi = 0.101Ω = 5x 0.51Ω prallel) , the output current with 1 Diode will be around 720mA with 7.5V battery

Graphe 47.JPG

But if you change for L= 27uH and Rcs=0.0825ohm (4X 0.33Ω prallel), your output current with 1 Diode will be more than 1100mA with 7.5V battery

Iw.JPG

P.S. : with 2 battery 3.6V/3.7V full charged you DC will be more 7.5 v

A+

I'm not sure you should be advising people to try an experimental procedure, which could irreplebly damage thier laser.. :tsk:

especially if you havent tried it yourself

NO IT IS NOT AN EXPERIMENTAL PROCEDURE !!:eg:

It's one of the 3 configurations from the conceptor of the PT4115 module (PowTech). please take a look at >>

http://www.micro-bridge.com/data/CRpowtech/PT4115E.pdf

There is 3 configurations for PT4115 driver.

1 . LOW 280mA current Output : L=100uH Rcs=0.33ohm
2. STANDART 720mA current Output : L=47uH Rcs=0.13ohm
3. HIGH 1100mA current Output : L=27uH Rcs=0.0825ohm

I just want to help 445 lyvilaser 1W owner, by giving informations that I have find today about the PT4115 module.:undecided:
And, I am 99.9% sure that this configuration will not irreplebly damage my laser. For more security ,test with a load.
The only caution is to use the soldering iron !
I will make this modification as soon as i got the components !

The thread title is the same, and I'm pretty sure at least one of those pictures is identical to Jerry's. Also, the review is outlined with the same section headings.

Also, I feel like Jerry's posts normally have a space between every line. (Sad that I notice that).

Something is weird Jerry, not going to lie. If its nothing, than whatever. Just kind of had a double take when I saw this thread.

I see yobresal posted comment today!
