Shipper isn't returning emails. I got the initial contact from them, but they won't address my replies - simply hear nothing back from them.

Card was charged on Saturday. It's not friday (6 days later) and no shipping setup. Not impressed with the organization of this shipping company.

From what I've read (skimmed through it) this guy hasn't even defended himself once. He hasn't even said I am not a scammer. If the guy is getting called scammer by many, and many threads about his scams, and doesn't defend himself ONCE, I believe he is a scammer. ALSO, sending that guy a bag of rocks.... This guy needs to be shot on sight for being a worthless piece of crap. I don't care who did what to YOU, but you don't rip somebody off just because you are a scam artist( and apparently a good one)

In the end, either way, I see this guy making alot of profit off of this liquidation.

I cannot speak for other users ..... True, i have buyed only 3 or 4 things from Heruur, here and through ebay, but i can only say that the few times that i have buyed something from him, i always received the items i buyed ..... a pair of times it took long time, but in Italy this means nothing, postal system here always screw international packages (i'm still waiting items sent from reputable members, from 28/feb and from 04/mar ..... i know they have sent them, and my postal office still know nothing about the packages, so figure how they work )

Also, maybe is just a personal impression, but from the auction site and contact informations, i have the impression tha this "shipping company" is simply an individual, that maybe run both the shipping company and the auction site ..... but as i said, this is just a personal impression, it means nothing and i have no proofs about this (this, anyway, can explain the delays in shipping updates ..... individual cannot do the same work and at the same speed than a company )

Actually I see the buyers making a nice profit off their purchases. What is the point of "defending yourself" when all you get is flamed? I had you tube videos showing some of the more expensive items working and still people were scared to bid realistically. In the end several people got a few very, very good deals. People who were BUYERS on ebay that had good deals from me keep quiet so the price stays cheap, people who have had buyer's remorse go complain to paypal before asking for an exchange or refund directly, Scammers get to keep the item and get a paypal refund too, and let's not get started on instances of ebay seller rivalry such as the "bag of rocks" guy.

Frankly put, Not my problem anymore.

Case in point, bought it for $ 10, sold on ebay for $600.

So that guy, all the threads here, all the stuff on PL, none of it's true and your a honest hard working guy just trying to make do and for someee reason everybody just flat out hates you? For some reason I don't believe you just get screwed over everywhere. I don't think all this flame, threads, and bad reviews, and scammer status was for nothing, you must have done SOMETHING buddy.

You expect people to take your word over tons of people with bad experiences?
Just as dave and others have stated, you always have some awesome excuses, the bag of rocks guy was your ebay rival :crackup: I seriously laughed out loud, rolled on the floor laughin, and went oh my F'in GOd! That's LOL ROTFL AND OMFG! Good job, I haven't laughed like that since I was a little girl.

Probably sold for gold scrap. Someone's going to be disappointed when they discover the weight came from copper-tungsten alloy.

Maybe the name of that eBay seller reflects buyers' reactions to his items? :crackup:
