what do I do If usps lost my package?

I ordered a novalasers x125 recently, so they probably did not lose it, but if they do, what do I do? does nova insure my package or something, because I can only file a claim with usps if my package was insured. on the nova website, they say they have a delivery guarantee which does not include mistakes made by the shipping companies, so I'm not sure what the hell I would do if usps loses my package.

It depends

Nova covers any laser getting snagged by customs, in that case they will send you a new one.

However, it the post-office just messes up and "loses" the package then I don't think they will send you another one.

If UPS loses your package I would take it up with UPS and notify Nova of the situation

I've already made note of your "start a tread per question" habit in one of your previous treads; it's funny how you never responded despite responding to the other two posts... I'm not trying to come off as an @ss but this is starting to get real annoying, especially since I've already mentioned it...

There is no need to start 10 treads to ask 10 related questions. One tread is suffice.

And I hate arrogant people who they can use forums without an ounce of "nettiquette". My "rep power" has no bearing on any of my statement, I have never mentioned nor flaunted it.
