SOLD OUT at this time I will try to source more. :cryyy:

Howdy All I just finished these hope someone likes them cuz they look like they can do a realy good job at cooling your laser diodes.
They are 3" x 2.5" x 1.5" and have been drilled and tapped for two set screws to hold in the Aixiz module or a green module. If you like you can screw a 60mm fan to the back side for even more cooling.
They are $25.00 each + shipping, and at this time there are 2 each in stock.
If you need a Red or Blu-ray module for these I have many in stock just ask, I have PHR, 6x, 8x, 10x 12x, LPC-815, GGW-RED's

As a matter of fact they do a fantastic job of cooling, I set this driver to 160ma and the diode was putting out up to 153mw after only 50 seconds in the Aixiz module alone. it started at about 133mw and kept climbing, when I put it in the Maxsink it slowly dropped to 126mW and stabilized there, WOW what an efficent cooler these are ;)

Same diode only in the Maxsink now.

Now I normally love really tiny portable builds but... Thats a heatsink which makes me want to do a labby!

Are all 12 of them already drilled for an aixiz? I tend to use a 10.5mm OD module.

Those are some fancy heatsinks.
If you dont mind me asking, is that a modified cpu cooler or cut something or milled out your self?
If it is something you did your self what did you use to make it?

Thats what i thought but the block where the cpu goes is almost too small for it to be that, so that is why i ask.

They seem a bit small for a CPU and I have no idea how they would have attached them together ? but they do work just fine for LD's ;)

It is a cpu heatsink. Appears to be one by Thermal Integration. Sold for over $20.

Well a BDR-205 12x module would run $250.00 each with acrillic lens, a WH10LS30K 10x would run $220.00 with acrillic lens, a BH08LS20 8x would run $200.00 each with acrillic lens and a GGW-H20L 6x would run $65.00 with acrillic lens and a PHR would run $35.00 with acrillic lens and a RED LCC would also be $35.00 with acrillic lens......

I don't often say this, but these things are AWESOME!

For $20 they seem like a very good deal, and i will be ordering if i need any heatsinks for a high power project. Finally something that looks like its up for a very good cooling job regardless of how powerful a diode you choose.

I'm not sure how you manufacture these, but the only really good improvement would be some (tapped) mounting holes at the bottom so you can secure it to a base plate.

There are mounting holes on the bottom and top on both sides so a small angle bracket can be used to mount them ;)
And now there are 9 each left for sale...

Thanks Benm ;) you have a fine day !
