Hi, I'm looking to buy a PHR build in a proper host. I would prefer it to be ~120mW with a decent heatsink. If anyone can build me one for less than $80 shipped to Norway, I'll gladly take it.

Also, it's a huge + if the host takes CR2 batteries, as I already have a pair w/ charger.
 





Howdy Grix I do custom builds make my own heatsinks to fit the host very snugly, now if you want to add say $ 100.00 more dollars to that amount I would be glad to build you a custom PHR laser.

Hey, is that so much? I have bought about 6 IgorT lasers w/ PHR's for about that much or a bit more, and with a quality build, it was worth the price imho. -Glenn
 
Agreed... The fair market price for anything is what people will pay for it...

Because the asking price is not in your budget or in the price range that you
would sell an item for.... does not make any price invalid...

thats like $75/hr shop rate assuming 2 hours to build it, assuming it's a new builds, if it's something you've done before it shouldn't take very long at all.

i could probably assembled a rkcstr driver, harvest the diode and build a laser in under an hour without rushing, just working steadily.

but then again, people will pay for a name and a reputation....and igor has it.

my shop's rate is minimum $100.00 per hour.... lucky I don't build lasers...:crackup:

So... instead of complaining about the price of one member put on the table... do the competitive
thing... just give the buyer a better price....:cool:
