Hello LPF

Hello everyone at LPF, I would like to say to everyone on the forum.

My knowledge with lasers:
A few years ago I was found out about "burning lasers" and became interested in this subject, but never considered buying one. Recently i was at dx checking some stuff and I came across a laser diode. I did some research on lasers,drivers,modules etc (most from this forum) . And today I joined LPF and will consider building a laser soon as I have some money.

Also I just wanna mention how great this forum is with alot of patient members and nice staff, to random guys who just register and make 1 silly post and never post anything again, props to you!:gj:

Further i hope i'll have a nice time here and maybe in the near future I will be able to help other people.

Hi! It was a eureka moment for me too, finding out about this nifty tool (and nifty forum) Apparently prices have really come down for the higher power mWs and Ws over the years. Laser pointers that once would have cost thousands ten years ago now cost $200. Now is a great time to have discovered the hobby.

I know, marketing nowadays it's great there is a site with so much info and helpful people, you can't get cheaper lasers than making your own
