From a fellow yellow laser owner, man that's cool. I gotta be getting myself an optics set! Looks really bright for a 1mW yellow, do you know exactly what it is putting out cause that looks at least as bright as my Rigel-5.

Very cool indeed, Avery. It really DOES look like a little sun, the way it has a sorta halo, or aura, surrounding the central yellow spot. NICE VIDEO--------rob

hey sup rob, yeah it looks very mysterious like a sunset in a dark world

hey simon whats up, yeah i strongly think this is over 4mw, i haven't officially measured it... lpf member Doofus has a yellow too, his is even brighter than mine.. it is possible this could be as bright as 6 or 7mw.

my unit is very stable, ive never noticed any issues with it flucuating or showing a greenish color now and then.. it seemingly never gets low on batteries too , i've had to replace only once i think

Isn't Yellow just the coolest ! I love the color of my PGL-III-594 heres a shot of it with three other colors.

First time I saw it, I fell in love with the yellow/gold laser color. Now we need 200 mW of it !!

It's not too hard to get 200mW of 589nm.. there's practically no difference in the color. I don't know if they make portables that powerful, though.

And the guy that says there IS a big difference only thinks so because the two he is comparing are at such different powers.
