I have a pgl cni 250mW, depending on battery it does between 200-280mW. Takes 15 seconds to warm up. Usually kicks it at around 235mW. I love this laser but I just purchased the 400mW version in the gb (not received yet) If you want it rob you can have it for $300 with 3 18650 batteries shipped. Sorry but it doesn't have a case. (this offer is for rob only, if he doesn't want it I'm keeping it)
