WTB-- Red diode 635 to 638 nm

my bro Pete & I are both seeking a good deal on these- we hope to get them with FAC lens - highest power (at least 500mW) and we, just like everybody, are low on funds. With or w/o PS and or heatsinked head.

any offers- links- ideas- suggestions will be greatly appreciated..

will consider lower powers- the budget for these is ~$300.

I have been wanting a nice analog 635 -638 red module for a long time-
I DO have a 1135mW analog 650 for my PJ 2.5 W pj-- its from Spacelas but the color of the 635 is so sweeet!

So since you had not posted a WTB I took the liberty of including you..

it may be some time before I can afford to upgrade so i am happy to let you grab the next one that can be found-- OK?
