If you can wait a few months, go at wal-mart in the halloween section, they cost under 20$.

Cough cough, mine leaks badly but work good.
 
Wal Mart, I got mine for $10 the day after Halloween. The fluid was only $1 a bottle the day after also.
 
Party city has them for sale year round if i remeber right, but they keep a much larger stock around Halloween,
