This is my first post, so hello all!
I've been interested in laser pointers for a few years now and decided to finally make one. I found this video which suggests driving an M-140 with an LED driver. It seems odd that this driver would work fine for a diode it wasn't designed for, but I can't seem to find a datasheet for the M-140 to find out. I'm sure it would work, but for how long? Does anyone know the voltage/amperage this diode likes? If this isn't a proper driver, what would you suggest?
Thanks guys!
