Who has the laser with the best divergence

I want to see who has the laser with the lowest divergence, I'm guessing some HeNe's will win

IIRC my old leadlight had a divergence of around .6mRad.

I've got a regular red pointer with 0.4mRad, and my Oceanus isn't too far behind that.

HeNes aren't all that impressive with respect to divergence because of the extremely small beam diameter. Mine has about 0.6mm beam with 1.2mRad divergence.

Visible light gas lasers usually have excellent divergence. I have an argon and the beam is pencil-lead thin for a long, long ways. I don't have any idea of the actual divergence number or how to figure it out.

But I do know that my CO2 has the worst divergence - a nickel-sized beam (or burn mark - that's about the only way you can tell, of course) at about 15 feet or so. Any further than that and it won't burn a thing!

DX30: ~0.8mRad
WL Exec 55mW (=same power as DX30 ): ~0.5mRad
4-in-1 pen ~5mW: ~0.8mRad
Red laser pointer <1mW: ~1.5mRad

Post with beam expanders if you want, aslong as you post with the normal unaided divergence aswell, it would be nice to see how much beam expanders lower divergence .
