which to buy a rayfoss 200 or o-like 250

I simply want opinion on which to buy the 300MW NEW PORTABLE GREEN LASER TORCH/IR FILTERED at o-like which only has a 100 cycle at $339

or the RF532-200mW-FMK(IR filtered) at rayfoss which has a 300 cycle @ $289

any ideas?
