Assuming that's a driver from Dr. Lava (who can tell from a blurry photo like that), he usually ships it with the instruction guide.

It is a Flexdrive, (well, most knew that already huh?). Some of us have been shown this driver in previous photos when a diode was attached but they were deleted by the OP.

It was a better photo and clearly showed the +ve labels and the, "Flex", printed on it.

With the V5 FlexDrive, the negative input is the connection that is closest to the edge of the board...

The pin that's next to the flx 5+ is the positive and the other is negative or from your picture the bottom pin is + and top is -
