For larger ones, ebay has c-mounts from time to time. Unfortunately, one of the better sellers, snoctony, vanished for the Chinese new year. He has vanished before and hopefully will return in the spring.
Not much variety on ebay today ...

I think someone should start a group buy for 1w to 3w c-mounts, and to-3 case style diodes. I sure hope snoctony comes back, his diodes were awesome.

I agree, i know someone found a good source for high powered telecommunication diodes that were not 808nm. I wanted to make a 2w burner but dont have enough time to plan anything yet...
