Where should I buy a green module?

Hey yall I've been thinking lately that I wanted to build a high powered green laser in a custom host. Although it will take a while for me to save up all that money. Does anyone have any suggestions on were to buy a green module, I wanted atleast 150mw and I was thinking about o-like, but after reading a few bad reviews I decided to ask you guys. So does anyone know weremto get high quality high powered green laser modules for a decent price.

I bought this a year ago, good burner output, still performing good. DealExtreme: $46.81 200mW 532nm Green Laser Module (3V 11.9mm) It easy stings my hand. Since its not a laser pointer, maybe it could be delivered to you.
