Where do the negative and positive wires go baded on this pinout?

The whole 4 pin laser diode is really confusing me, but I think I got it down. I found the pinout, but since there are two lasers, can I connect the IR and RED diodes together via a wire? If not, please just tell me where to put the positive (+) and negative (-). Thank you so much!
EDIT: Title should say based, not baded

you can use the ground as your (-) negative. connect red + for red laser or + ir for a infrared laser.

Stop making threads asking the same thing. You are up to 3 now.

The second one was duplicate in a different category, as I wasn't very sure I had posted in the correct spot. I usually use reddit for anything similar to this, but they reccomended I come here. This question is completely unrelated to the first two, as I am asking how I would hook any four pin laser diode into a circuit, not what type of laser diode it is or what the pinout is. Sorry for asking questions.
