100mW 532nm Green Laser Pen (2*AAA)

They both cost 18$ (0.2$ difference between them)
but one is true 50mw and one is normal 100mw

what is the difference?
which is better?

It would be really hard to tell. Lasers like these are hit or miss. Both of them can be anything from 1mW to 200mW. Flip a coin. Or use some company which measures their lasers and guarantees power.
