cutting through 1/8" Polypropylene for making stencils in a jig
in combination with using a PC stepper motor. A guy want to buy a laser from me for this purpose and I have no idea what he is talking about.

Why does it have to be green? Is that the stuff like the lid of a tick tack box? (the mints) How about a 1w 445 (blue) ? Im not sure if that would be enough, because I dont have one :(. It would cost around $100-$120

What color is the material you are cutting?
If it is dark, it will cut better than light material.

I would say that a 405 would cut well, and a 445 would also cut well due to the sheer power that you can get from an A-140.

Another option that is more dangerous is in the IR range, like 808.

Give us a little more info on materials and what shapes are actually being cut.
