I never figured out how to make them... sadly I never had one. Last time I saw one was when I was like 5 years old And my parents wouldn't buy me one because they thought I'd break it (uncommon in me, I never broke anything but what the hell).

I want to buy one now that the nostalgia has hit me... but I don't know how they're called here in Argentina (or if there are any) and eBay sellers don't ship to Argentina

I LOVED these things when I was little! Well, I'm still little to some of you older members but w\e.

PM your mailing address and I can look up a price for you. Also, I think I can find a cheaper water wiggler (eff if I know what they're really called) at my local swapmeet so that would bring cost down.
