Wanting To Buy A Green Laser 30mW+

I need to find a legit site to buy a 30mW+ 532nm LP for less than $40, if possible.

Most sites don't have proof, or seem highly illegitimate, so i'd like to ask you guys, who buy lasers and make them yourselves.

I currently reside in the United States, so I wish to find one that is FDA certified, or maybe one that isn't, but won't cause a problem with legalities.

Any handheld laser over 5mW will not be FDA certified.

Well, way can i buy a laser for that price then?
I don't know any legit sites, and this forum shows toplaserpointers.com or something like that, but the site is empty.
