Li-ion 10440 in a li-ion 18650 battery charger with spacers. Is there any reason this wont work? I made some aluminum spacers and they are in the charger running right now and everything seems fine but I wanted to ask to be sure.

I have a universal li-ion charger but it only charges to 3.85V instead of 4.2 :(

All li on batteries are the same, just different sizes. Will work perfectly.

depends on the charge rate. Don't push more than 0.5C through a 10440. For a 10440, that will mean keeping the charge current below 150mA.

Exactly. This is very important. Make sure to check the charge rate of the charger before charging batteries with it.

Yes but its worthless for making those heatsinks. I need a new one. Im working on a new design that doesnt use the mill but still has all the features.
