Well this is an update on that JL PHR 803T I reviewd a long time ago,

Anyway, I just got some new 10440's for it and thought to my self Hmm, lets test the power with these NEW batts... (Origional power stated at 135mW)
In the first 5sec I watched as the power climbed steady up to NOT 135mW but 178mW!!! Then stopped there and held 180mW for the rest of the duty cycle! I am stunned by this! So I tested the batts to make sure they are not over driveing the poor laser, and they are not
