Just wondering is there anyway to use a driver that has ttl built into it but not use ttl itself and just run it on a switch or can i use it like this

sorry its a bit hard to see the ttl wires.

It depend from what TTL modulation you have, but in most cases, with no signals on the TTL input, the driver just works as a normal driver, so you can use it a sa normal driver just not connecting anything on the TTL input.

What kind of driver is it?
If it's a He-Ne PSU, you have to have power going to the TTL to turn on the laser.
Also some drivers (O-like) need for the TTL to be hooked up, to operate.

Some drivers need a 5V signal to turn on, and others need a 5V signal to turn off. The former is safer and easier for projectors, and the latter is easier for other uses.
