I have gotten several great items from these folks-( I dealt w/ Amanda) although the listing says no returns I found that they will work with you if you have an issue and if you are a 'regular' they will if item turns out to be defective- refund your money and in my case just let me keep the item for parts.
They are great about local pick-up save 15$ if you are near Madison Wis. or have a freind near there.
