Please do NOT fight with or respond to trolls, spammers, banned members, etc.

Just click on the "report post" button (

)and let the admin know.

We will take care of it

You just enjoy the forum

Thanks

Peace,
dave

Thanks for banning him (and all of the mod work you do).

Will do next time.

EDIT: I said I won't respond... I said I won't respond... I said I won't respond... I said I won't respond... I said I won't respond...

Yup.

If you remove the fuel (responding to a troll/spam) the fire will die. These people thrive on drama and if you remove the drama by not responding, they have no ammunition.

I was targeted yesterday, I just ignored the tread, and it went away :) .

It's the best way to inform the Mods of any Posts without
starting Troll/Flame wars...

Good, logical (at least for most of us) highlighting of how to treat these situations.

On the internet I just take my Group Buys and FS threads really serious :)

Is it bad that I want to argue with noobs just because it's fun? :)

I personally, think it's a blast
Unfortunately, the forum has decided that we are "nicer" than that.
Plus, most people don't know how to refrain from taking/making things "personal"

Luckily for me, I get to interact with first year college students regularly

The main problem comes from the moderators having to play whack-a-mole with trolls
As long as they are entertained, they keep coming back with new accounts to play

Peace,
dave

It's like jumping into a mud puddle, lots of fun at first, but then there's a mess to clean up. :p

Biggest insult a troll can get is an empty thread that sinks down into the depths of the forum with no response. :D
