This is just a quick post to show the results i'm getting from Trevor's firmware.

I used my O-Like 400mW 532nm IR filtered and also my 600mW 532nm Rayfoss with 2 fully charged AW protected 2900mAh batteries

That looks impressive.....
I did the same thing to my Kenometer Pro with 2 resistors and
1 cap.... without touching the firmware...

I hear that a new 3rd party Pro Firmware will be available with
that noise fix in it.. Then you wouldn't need to add the 3 passive
components...

ped! Glad to see it's working out well for you. If you'd like anything custom done, don't hesitate to drop me a message.

I opted to modify the algorithm some to allow for a faster sample rate - since the Pro had a ridiculously high sample rate before this firmware. I can spec it out differently to suit different needs. :)

Thanks. :)

Without the components, I'm burning MCU cycles to sense and attenuate noise. Coupled with your fix, the next iteration I'm developing could really excel. :)

Are you referring to something from me or someone else?
