Hey everyone.

I just found out I had six more 18650s than I thought I did. I am looking for two 14500s and a charger.

Let me know if you are interested, we can make a deal.

I'm down - I have Trustfire 14500s and a bunch of chargers.

How many for how many? I was thinking 3 18650s for 2 14500s and a charger? Sound fair?

You know, in reality, this probably doesn't make any sense.

You can order 2x 14500s for $5 on DX, and I can do the same with 18650s.

It's going to cost us the same (or more) just for postage within US or Canada.

I think we're both better off just ordering what we want, and keeping the extras :)

I don't have enough money to order anything at the moment, haha.

Where do you live in the US? We may be close enough that we could get a nice trade off (I will even throw in an extra 18650 [making four] if you do the trade ;) )

I'm actually in Canada

- But my point is, the postage would probably cost you $5. You could just order what you're looking for (2x 14500s) for $5 :)

I was thinking this over, actually, and it turns out the charger necessary for 14500s was the same charger for 18650s that I have... think I could just jumper my batteries to my charger for 18650s and charge them that way?

do you know specifically which charger it is? Most of the charger we use around here are multichargers with some sort of slider that allows for different size batteries. if this is the case, there would be no need for a jumper

Apparently it's specifically for 18650s (but that doesn't mean I can't use it). I got it from Rayfoss for free with my first laser, and here are the specs:

Input: 100-240V AC 50/60HZ
Output: 4.2V DC 650mA

I have been looking around and the charger seems to be identical in specs to some of the 14500 chargers.
