that was awesome. Is that a MIDI controller keyboard that you were using? I'm going to make one of those with a Harp, instead of strings we're using my Sure  Electronics 5mW red lasers and photo resistors in a voltage divider on the other side going into an FPGA (Xilinx Spartan 3), then from there out to a MIDI cord and plug. should be interesting, FPGA is on the way now.

i use a vintage Yamaha DX100 synth. my talkbox is an MCM DU-40 horndriver powered by an Optimus MPA-50 40watt PA amp ;D

I just read up on how a talkbox works, very cool. I like it, sounds great.
I have a midi keyboard here but have never done anything more than play around with it. Someday inspiration will strike though

;D talkbox is VERY cool. it helpz if you know how to play piano in the first place lol (unlike me who always learns by ear and/or song tutorials). But really you dont need to know to play. The hardest part is enunciation. Learning to speak (well you dont really speak you just mouth the words) normally with a tube in your mouth and also making some consonant sounds like S, T, H, K, and J. It's really awesome once you get good at it ;D (protip: don't think it's easy cuz it's not lol)
