Titanium 638nm red build

I was working on this red build for a long time. No one can machine the heat sink, but finally, I found out my uncle knows a CNC shop and he helped me make these heat sinks. Finally I can put the laser together. This laser has a Titanium host takes single AAA battery. It is the smallest AAA host you can find. I decided this exotic host needs a special diode, so I give it a Mitsubishi 638nm single mode diode. Here are some pics!!

I use LT3080 for wide current range and low dropout. LT3080 at 1.1A only has 300mv drop out. and It has 2 terminal current supply function.

Wow that is an amazing host. We don't see much titanium host. It is looking very good !
You should make a custom titanium focus adapter too for a perfect match.

btw what is that green cucumber in the first pictures ?

The green cucumber is the handle of my wire cutter. I always make sure my "toys" stay away from the camera!!:evil:

This is a very awesome host! I´ve seen a similar before.

What you need is to get an focus adapter perfectly working with this host.

Flaminpyro, lazeerer, Jayrob, Ehgemus.. should be able to help you out!

The focuse adapter work, It's just not pretty. I will try to make a new adapter instead of the stock Aixiz adapter.

110mw Mitsubishi single mode 638nm from DTR.
