thinking about buying off DX

I want to get a fairly decent powered laser
but in S. Korea, any laser pointer over 1mw (ONE MILLIWATT!!!) is illegal!
I believe there is a loophole.
If I get the module and assemble it myself, it should go through customs.

DealExtreme sells 50mw green laser modules for $16.20
I'm going to try and get a switch and battery holder from
my drawer of infinite randomness and put together a laser.

1) Should i get a goggle for this laser? DX doesn't sell goggles
and the only goggles i can afford are $13 ones from korea. They don't say
what wavelength they support, but they are orangy-red. Should they work?

2) I don't have power tools (drill, dremel, etc) so should i get a fan (PC cooler fan) for the laser?

3) Korean customs might seize the package when they x-ray it, what does DX put on the customs sheet? ex) "LASER" "LASER MODULE" "ELECTRONICS"

4) Can i get fairly decent power (with a magnifying glass in front of the it) to light matches and cut through tape?

1 : Yes you will need goggles specially when your going to try to burn stuff.
2 : no need to use a cooling fan for a 50 mW green.

4 : you might just barely smoke dark plastic when focused

I see you're ~ 13 years old, and I hope you get the dangers of the laser.
Even a 50mw laser can blind you for the rest of your life.

yup, i am 13 years old.
i have seen A LOT of vids on YouTube explaining
YOU NEED GOGGLES!!!!!
and lots sites saying you only have one pair of eyes!!

I understand the dangers yes.
Guess I'll have to find some goggles
