While looking around at violet lasers I came across this company Laser, red laser, green laser, violet laser, laser diode cyan and yellow
They sell laser devices at various wavelengths. They appear to be based in the states.

If I remember right, a several members here have purchased their mixed system (magenta) and were not pleased with them.

I'm not sure about their monochrome builds though.

ye sure but who pays 7,5k€ for it? no one.
Someone who needs 488nm in a smaller package than ArIon with less power consumption.

Scientific lasers are expensive. $7000 really isn't bad.

I did a thread on the sunclan magenta- mine was a cheap ebay win and I like it. But only~half of the 300mW they claimed

Aryntha has several sunclans-based in USA- a small mom and pop company- they make just a few at a time.

Back before PHR 405s Sunclan was one of the very first to offer 405 5mW in a flashlight host- I was wanting one so bad i popped for it-has a very large diode compared to all other 405s and ATM they were very expensive from anyone selling them I pd 140$ for it(ouch!) I wrote them a while backand they said I could pot mod it up to 100mWs. Also maybe another outfit bought Sunclan- so things change. Those prices are correct- and not that high if you look around. True DPSS yellow labs and 448 are never cheap.

I will find and posta link in a few. here is one but I think I have another someplace

here is the other one, however as Sunclan now may be under new ownership these may have less relevence,

same housing tho so...

Yeah but their 30mW 589 labby is $900. Which you can get a 50mW portable from cni for around the same price. Before wire transfer and shipping that is

Lab setups are prettymuch always more expensive than handhelds. They include TEC drivers in the power supply, and give much more stable output. Often they are power regulated.

If they just put a little tiny driver board in that big PSU box they'd be the same price as a handheld. ;)

At least on this the 473 labbys are cheaper than their portables, not sure about the 589's
Hm. The pricing is really erratic. 50mW blue module $490. 50mW PGL-III-C $695. 50mW MGL labby $600.

No way they're charging $205 for a PGL-III-C host. :p

I was looking at the modules. See edit. :p

I really do think it's an error; all the other prices follow.
