Suitable DIY Host

Has anyone got any suggestions for a suitable DIY pointer host? I have come to the conclusion that the maglite is defiantly not a good choice due to the tiny amount of space inside.

So has anyone got any suggestions?

Looks good, do they have a on/off switch or is it like the minimag?

Hmm ok, thanks for the suggestion.

I found one on ebay for under £2, before I jump into buying one though are you using your own driver? and what size is it? The main problem with the minimag is you cant even fit a 2cm long driver in there.

The blue one has the 7805 driver built inside the Aixiz module, the red has an LM317 driver which sticks out of the module a bit, so a focus sleeve was needed to finish it off...

rkcstr's driver in the buy sell trade forum would be ideal for this.....

Hmm well im in if you start a GB.

Will actually buy two of them if a GB starts, can finally start this blu ray pointer I have been thinking about for months.

£8.99 isn't too bad. It all depends on how many people are interested...
