Stupid Newb - Off The Shelf Laser Pot Mod

Of course I am speaking of myself....

I have heard of people adjusting pots to "tweak" off the shelf units. Is there a list somewhere of which are able to be mod'd? What type of ratings can you actually get from these mods? I do plan on building a unit of my own eventually, but being in the "now" generation has me wanting to play without waiting days for orders to arrive.

pot modding is simple increasing the current thats going to the doide you can mod leadlights up to about ~30mw but it will burn out much quicker you might only get a week or so life out of it.. fun if you dont mind wasting a few greenies.
