What happened to laser3?

EDIT: Although this may seem obvious, is it on deals of that price or higher? I'd think so, but how I mean is laser4 applicable on orders of, let's say $319, seeing as that is the price of your firedragon laser?
Also, it's spelled applied.

Can we use multiple coupons upon purchase?
Also, does this apply to single products or entire orders? By this, I mean if I want to buy 2 products and one is $30 and the other is $20, bringing my total to $50, would I be able to use the laser1 coupon?
