Soon to come... Need a few parts that will come in the mail Friday next week latest. Making of the custom 5.6mm 7.2mm Dia module without any power tools just patience. I will be using either the 450nm or 505nm diode from sharp for this build.
Started off with a 12mm eBay module and cut off the back half and sanded it down as much as I could by hand then I placed in my makeshift holder:

The holder consists of an axiz back half, motherboard screw from a computer, and its mount. It took me about 2hrs to sand down the part gradually to avoid oversanding. the aftermath:

Nice, it fits! and my semi occupied 1A boost driver seems to be fitting too for the most part

I am planning to use either a small ecig bat or 4x coin cells

Looked into that option deeply yesterday, Sadly it will only give me 8ish seconds of operation max with the diode set low.
